LAURELHURST TUDOR

What began as a closed-off, outdated kitchen became an opportunity to bring new life to this 1941 Laurelhurst Tudor. We removed walls to create a gracious connection between kitchen and dining, then layered in era-appropriate details to honor the home’s historic character. A custom dining banquette, all new cabinetry, and quartzite countertops add both function and refinement, resulting in a space that feels rooted in history but fully tailored for modern living.
